      Error Message: Unable to load module: addons/oscrypt.dll

      Program produces error: ’Unable to load moduleaddons/oscrypt.dll

      Resolution I

      1. On the PC with the error, navigate to the install folder.

      2. Open the utils folder

      3. Right click on application VC_redist.x86

      4. Run application as administrator

      5. Reboot PC if the installer tells you to.

        Resolution II


      1. If prompted to Repair or Uninstall; try Repair first.
      2. Attempt to open program after repair.
      3. If Repair doesn't correct error, Run the file VC_redist.x86 to Uninstall 
      4. After uninstall completed; Re-Run the VC_redist.x86 application file to Install.
      5. Reboot PC if the installer tells you to.

            Resolution III

      1. On the PC with the error, navigate to the install folder.
      2. Open utils folder
      3. Run the file VC_redist.x86 to uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86
      4. Download vcredist_x86 application. (Link for DL)
      5. Run downloaded vcredist_x86 application to install.

      6. Re-run the VC_redistx86 in the utils folder AFTER running the vcredist_x86 application.
