Verify error: Advance Amount (PAD) or Opt Out Must Be Selected

The verification error reads: "Advance Amount (PAD) or Opt Out must be selected after client info has been submitted for review".

In the Client Data Form, at the very top of the page, the preparer must choose whether to request an advance.  They must either enter the amount of the approved pre-authorized debt (also known as the PAD amount or the advance amount) or they must choose to Opt Out of the request.
